    NO guarantee of response time Monday - Friday (I try to respond within 24 hours but sometimes it takes longer to get the information requested.)

  • 30 minute phone call
  • Same day and time each week
  • No digital communication (emails, messages)

A La Carte

Phone Call = $2 per minute flat rate
  • Phone calls only
  • 60 minute max ($120 total)
    Requires scheduling because your time is valuable and so is mine.
Email = $50 per email flat rate
  • Each email takes me no less than 45 minutes to compile
  • Each email can inlcude information regarding your journey
    -Answering your questions
    -Offering advice on nutrition/ supplementation, essential oils, detoxification
    -Helping you know which questions you should be asking your doctor 

If money is an issue for you, I am open to the age old option of bartering.
