An Intro

It is often strange, the path that God places you on. You grow up filling your head with dreams and expectations. Some of them come to pass and others are left to erode like animal bones in the wilderness - lost to the elements and slowly returning to the dust from which they came.

Although Reimagine Healing, the business, was born out of my son's cancer journey, it holds personal meaning as well. His journey, which is really our journey, taught me so much. One lesson was that self care really is a thing and it needs to be a priority.
Self care is NOT selfishness. No, it is the oxygen mask you give yourself first so that you can effectively save the lives of others around you.

This blog will serve to give you glimpses of my journey and who I am as a person. I will show you epiphanies I have been given, how my faith in Jesus Christ has both helped and hindered me, and how I hope that my transparency will educate, encourage, and empower you as you reimagine healing for yourself.
